Terrazzo Mortadella

Terrazzo Mortadella.

Terrazzo material with the carefully curated palette using Coolors website. The main color reminded me of mortadella and after checking with my Italian friend if he would be offended or proud of such connotation he stated the latest. However, with him being from Bologna this may be a biased answer 😉

I used this project to venture away from a pure #design perspective of showing the material in a component of household decor (in a form of coasters), by creating abstract sculptures to show its physical qualities.
