Sentient artificial intelligence android life support system

Created in Blender 3.1 with KitOps addon by Chipp Walters. Some elements are coming from Andrew Averkin's kitbash set and the decals were designed by Sir Charles Design.

Hypothetical situation: The hardware of Sentient AI Android is beyond repair.
Replacement of components to sustain its existence in the operational form will erase part of its data (memories) on which was trained and as a result, it will drastically change its mode of operation (behaviour and personality).
Does this sentient AI android has the right to euthanasia due to its unwillingness to update its unrepairable hardware?
